Offers an unmatched combination of reliability and excellence in dental luting. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern restorative dentistry, Ultra Cem delivers long-lasting solutions with exceptional physical and chemical properties. Its outstanding ability to form a secure bond between the tooth structure and restoration ensures optimal strength and stability.
Advantages at a Glance
High Compressive and Tensile Strength: Ultra Cem ensures a secure fixation, guaranteeing long-lasting restorations. – Optimal Consistency: The ideal consistency of the cement makes application and processing straightforward and efficient. – Bacteriostatic Effect: Ultra Cem helps maintain dental health by reducing bacterial growth around the restoration. – Prolonged Fluoride Release: It supports long-term enamel strength through the gradual release of fluoride. – Rapid Curing: Offers quick curing, significantly reducing procedure time. – Exceptional Radiopacity: High radiopacity simplifies post-operative diagnostics and monitoring. – Minimal Postoperative Sensitivity: Ensures virtually no postoperative sensitivity, protecting the dental pulp.
Method of Application
1. Take the required amount of powder and liquid on a mixing pad, and knead quickly with a spatula for 20 seconds.
2. For larger quantities, divide the powder into two parts. Mix the first part with all the liquid for 5 seconds. Then add the remaining powder and mix thoroughly for an additional 15 seconds (total mixing time: 20 seconds).
Usage Instructions:
1. Apply a layer of cement inside the structure to be fixed and begin placement immediately. Working time is 2 minutes from the start of mixing at 23ÂșC. Higher temperatures will reduce the working time.
2. Apply moderate pressure for stabilization.
3. Remove excess cement when it reaches a rubber-like consistency during curing.
4. Final finishing can be done 5 minutes after the fixing process starts.
